It doesn't appear to be addiction, because I had that cleared (Used some Addictol, went to a doctor) and it's still there. It seems to go away when I take Buffout, and I heal up. But the last few times I've been playing, my HP bar is showing 10 points of damage. Okay, so I started a new Fallout 4 game a few weeks ago.
